{Newborn} Alexandria, Virginia

I'm trying to put into words just how wonderful it was to spend a few hours with this family, but I can't. I can't find words to describe the pure joy this mama has in her eyes as she looks at her baby boy or the way her toddler's face lights up when he talks about his baby brother, so I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves.

Thank you guys, for inviting me into your home to photograph such sweet moments for you.

{Family} Sterling, Virginia

Spending time with this adorable family was so much fun. We chose a park with lots of space for the boys to run and explore, and I couldn't get over how fast they are. I also couldn't get over how much they adore each other and their parents. One of my favorite moments was when we tried to get a few photos of mom and dad by themselves and the boys all kept crawling in their laps!

{Newborn} Alexandria, Virginia

When I arrived for this session, I tiptoed into this little guy's nursery where he was snuggling with his mama and was instantly smitten. He seriously has the cutest expressions, but saves his sweet little coos for his gorgeous mama. It was such a pleasure spending the afternoon with this family - welcome to the world, sweet little guy!

{Newborn} Fairfax, Virginia

I had the pleasure of meeting this family at their Fairfax, Virginia home. We started our session with baby brother and his adoring parents and then big sister joined us and seriously, there just aren't words to describe how beautiful they are together. Welcome to the world, sweet baby boy!

{Family} Meadowlark Gardens, Vienna, Virginia

Before leaving Northern Virginia for their next adventure, this family (okay, maybe not the kindergartener so much...) really wanted portraits taken while the cherry blossoms were blooming. Once he realized all he had to do was hang out with his two favorite grown-ups, he was much more on-board and got a kick out of posing his parents. It was such a pleasure spending time with these three and they will totally be missed!
