Spending time with this happy, relaxed family was such a treat. Throughout the session and as I edited, I couldn't stop smiling as their little girl's joy was just that contagious. I had the hardest time choosing my favorites because they were all so sweet together. I commented to this gorgeous mama that I never had to ask her to smile and she just said, "It's hard not to when you're around her," and I couldn't agree more. {Cake Smash} Happy Happy First Birthday!

It was a bit rainy and gloomy on this handsome little one's first birthday, but he totally didn't seem to care. He was content just to be with his parents and share a dinosaur or two with me. His expression when his mama sat him down in front of his cake was priceless - he just gave her this look that said, "Seriously, this is for me?" - and then he went to town squishing the frosting and smearing it just about everywhere. Happy happy birthday, little guy!
